    There's no way to argue with a) it's a sad truth.

    However, on the second, the standard form of payment for any government job, federal or state is EFT and most companies have been doing the same for a decade or better; it's called working smarter not harder.

    Most banks were open on Friday and Saturday so I too have to go with Crazy_Rob ... what about planning?!

    When I used to do Human Resources for the Army and the gov't, I used to brandish the motto "A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine."

    You guys are still posting on this thread!!? I got my money deposited this morning LOL! :)

    I'm a good planner, but I have to rely on people to pay me who aren't as good at planning as I'am. I'm just a stickler for getting things paid on time.
