I thought this would be an easy question to answer because I was born here, but I guess I take alot for granted.. to me, the US still represents the best of personal freedom in the world.. freedom to travel, do, choose, speak, etc. compared to most other countries (no offense intended) with the possible exception of Canada ;) I have the right to dissent and disagree.. two things I hold dear :D

How many countries have you lived in before?
I'm just asking, because I lived someplace else 2 thirds of my life and this is not freedom.

Here if you are seen by the police taking a piss on the street you get an instant fine, around £70 i think. I think its better than having a country where everyone obviously runs around pissing on the streets? Im sure thats great for hygiene :)
There are plenty of countries with as much or more freedom than America, but you are crazy if you think India is one of them.

You call me crazy? How dare you? ;) j/k... Crazy I sure am. But when was the last time you visited India?

Anyway - I am not going to sit here and prove my point of freedom of expression or which country is liberal or not - you missed the actual point of my previous posts - sarcasm!

USA blows. Sorry to anyone who lives there, but those are the facts. They contribute 1/3 of the entire greenhouse gas effect. Some states are stepping in, but the moronic Bush won over Al Gore just to support the factories/economy.

We'll see how everyone loves USA in about 50 years, when the only visible land will be what we call mountains at the moment.

That's right. They aren't but I wanted to show the freedom of expression ;) Even if the cop sees you - he/she won't worry about you - they will think of you as a human answering natures call - they won't think about the law!!!

They used to think like that here to, when people used to throw all their rubbish on the floors urinate and turd everywhere, but hey, that caused the[SIZE=-1] plague which killed millions of people.
The reason for basic hygiene is to protect your health man, it has nothing to do with freedom, there is a lot of disease in India maybe this freedom you say is part of that.

    Yeah, in one word, freedom!

In two words, freedom and money, what's wrong with that? A step forward who doesn't like money, and there's plenty here! (Although I haven't quite figured out how to get some :))

But it's mainly about freedom, although sometimes it's abused, but I guess it's debatable.
