In a blog of mine, I have nothing to do with Japanese but why it shows only Japanese ads on the homepage but for the remaining pages it is ok no clue of Japanese ads.

How can I solve this problem? Somebody told me it is a proxy problem. If so, how to fix this. Thanks a lot in advance.

    Where are you based?
What is the language of your blog?
What is the URL of your blog?

How do you expect us to know the answer without such details?

check the " Meta Section " inside the templates ... maybe you are using someone elses template and they had something in it .
Also check if you are using your own adsense code
