Always give good, solid advice about your area of expertise so you have a post history to back up any claims.

Show what you got. If you got nothing to offer, create stuff and share it for free. Most of us aren't living off services here on DP though, most of us get most of their money from websites with advertisements ;)

-share stuff for free ( not illegal of course)
-present what you offer under the form of a portofolio if you do design
-offer to do jobs for free in exchange for reputation (itrade)
    -etc.

there are lots of things you can do,
go for one and stick to it , hard work and time will pay off eventually , believe me;) ( i used to be just like you)

Be active in the forums and show us some of your portfolio, previous work done or you could start off with something easier like forum posting services.

There's got to be another 10,000 noobs trying to do the exact same thing as you, on one forum. So really it shouldn't come as a shock that work is hard to get here.

To put it in a hurtful way : "I got a sixth sense that tells me you ain't worth six cents" .

In plain English - you're a noob with bad English , no show , no go and no rep . I'd rather pay Michael Jackson just to be paying Michael Jackson rather then giving you money .

Show the people what you can then ask around for a job . Also never forget that relying on 1 basket to hold all your eggs is a recipe for disaster .

Well, you really need to stand out from the crowd, as some stated above, there thousands of noobs offering shitty things for cents, its such a horrible market, people buy shitty designs for 10$ rather than buying quality for 80$-100$ ( which is still pretty ccheap for quality work)....

You account isn't even a month old, and your post count is very low. You need to be active, and show people that you are genuine and knowledgeable. When you start a post offering your service, to start, you'll need to give out some free 'reviews' if you will, in exchange for testimonials within the thread. You have to build a reputation. I doubt you've tried very hard thus far considering 1. your new and 2. you haven't been very active.

Do NOT do jobs for free in exchange for iTrader as suggested. It is my understanding this isn't allowed. A monetary transaction must occur to leave an iTrader, or risk being banned.

DP is a big forum and because this is so big there are thousands of people who are here looking for something to do to earn money online. Increase your iTrader here to make yourself more trustworthy.

Correct. Of course, not unless anybody could create a fake transaction -- which is something I will not try on risk of being banned. We have to follow rules here on DP.

Before thinking about how you can get a job LinuxMemo, think about what benefits and values you could offer to potential employers / clients. Write out a list of your strengths and the skills you have that you feel would help other members of DP - this list is for yourself and not something to be shared with others just yet. Once you have done this you will feel more confident and you will obviously have a much better understanding of what you have to offer, which is a great starting point.
