Why Only Public Service Ads Appear?

Discussion in 'Placement / Reviews / Examples' started by bongski, Feb 2, 2007.

I have created another blog on the new blogger format. Then I add the
Adsense element. But why is it that after almost a week, only a single
ad is appearing on the top left corner of the blog, and what's worse
it is just a Public Service Ads?

I have already posted some articles and content on my blog, and really
made sure that the right keywords are present, hoping that the
    appropriate ads would appear.
But unfortunately just this single Public Service Ad...why?

I never had such problem before at the old format of the blogger. All
the blogs that I created had the appropriate ads, and no PSA..

Please, how can I correct this? Thanks in Advance.

There are number of theries behind it. Some of those are highlighted below!

    * You have less content: If you have have very less content it is likely that you get PSAs.
    * Your Site/Blog is not fully indexed by Google: This is another strong reason
    * Adsense Bot has not visited your site: You should wait Adsense bot to visit your site. Also make sure you allow the bot to visit your site
    * Irrelevet Content: May be your page has mixed content..

I have already 6 articles which I posted in a week, and such are articles are just focused on one to two keywords. Why won't the desired Google ad appear. In the old blogger, there was not any problem like this. The targetted ad immediately appeared the same day that I created the blog, and with just a few articles.

You mean your blog is only a week old? If that's the case you can hardly expect Google to be very familiar with it. It takes a while for Googlebot to do the rounds and before content-related ads appear. Patience.

    What kind of blog?

Maybe you need to get a sitemap plugin for your blog. Have you added it to google to search?

Yeah that frequently happens to my site also. It seems google does not want us to earn maximum adsense money?!

Have you saw your site many time? Click refresh refresh and refresh.

I guess adsense may record that this guy view this site a lot and it will show the PSA for you. To prove, try this! put the adsense code of other people to you site and see. if you can see ad, that mean something wrong on your adsense account. Good luck! :D

you would think that their are enough 1 cent bidders out their that they could put cheap crappy ads instead of PSA's at least you would make a few cents

    Hi,
I am also experiencing the same problem. My PR is "2" for this site. For the past one week, I am seeing the public service ads. I have changed the template also. I don't know how to proceed. Will anybody help me to get rid of that public service ads? My site is here
