Why is paypal user interface outdated like 5 years. It's so hard to keep up with anything as far as history and active subscriptions. You cant even arrange the damn tables according to colum. The search functions are useless. I cant even download my history because it times out now.

The stupidest thing though by far is when I remove an active debit account and make a new account as my primary they keep my subscriptions connected to an account thats not even on the system anymore instead of updating. How freaking easy is it to apply such system.

Damn paypal, damn you! Spend some pennies on an updated interface already. I am not even asking for Ajax, give me basic functions, atleast get to 2001 level I am not asking to update as far as 2006...

Yup, it's extremely annoying when you have thousands of subscriptions, you look to cancel someones and spend ages browsing through them. The 'History' function seems like something belonging to a beta company with a 'It will do for now' attitude.

Also, whenever there's a problem with my account (I've been limited several times in the past), my account is always 10x slower and normally times out. I once counted that it took me over 7 minutes from the login box to the 'My Account' view. I think this is so you spend more money when explaining/navigating to the Paypal Rep when on the phone. I don't see any other reason.
