    "You shouldn't take curd after eating fish"- This was told by my Grandma. Is there any truth behind this statement. or Just a Folklore. Will any body answer?

    curd is good for smooth bowel movements. If your fish is too much spicy and salty then you must eat some curd after it or else you will get ring of fire next day when you go for bowel movement in the morning. I always eat lots of curd after i eat something spicy.
