Take a closed look at your RSS feed and ensure that the duplicate is not located there. If not verify your twitterfeed sites and make sure that FB and TW are not posting the same content. If you sync'd FB to post to twitter, this may be a reason why your seeing double postings.

Sorry about that, what I'm getting at is that if you have a feed from:

    domain.com | news.xml

You add to twitterfeed news.xml so that it can report to facebook and twitter. Now then, the question is ensure that you haven't done this twice. meaning you don't have the same feed implemented in to twitter feed more than once. If you can confirm you do not, I would make sure that you do not have facebook connected to twitter on facebook.com or vice-versa twitter to facebook.com.

Is your RSS feed duplicating content in any way? Have you ran it through a validator on wc3?
