Will I be banned if I use my ads like this?

    Hello friends,
Im working on a new webpage and in the future I was thinking of having my ads like this. Will this be alright?

Just asking to be sure before I put more time into this.

    Thanks,
    Lukas

I can't see any reason why this would be against their TOS - I have seen many similar things being done across the web. It looks good as well.
