well about the money i probably won't even let my father see it cuz i'm planning to let my friend open an bank account in his name and then i would put my money there or he will. I don't know.. anyway till I make any money will talk about it later hehe..

 

Really sad story, but you shouldn't use bad words for your father, afterall he borned you. If you will keep creeping or crying then you will be left with nothing. I think your father problem might be that he is alone and get irritated all the time. One can not spend his or her life alone. SO he need someone in his life to take care of him. I am sure you also might be taking care of him but still he needs someone in his life. I had a fren when i was 20 and she also had the same prob. i tell you what she did she just forgot everthing whatever happend in past yrs. She always kept herself busy in doing some work of home and finally she got married and damn happy now.
SO don give up hopes and wait for the right time. I am sure Lara one day you will be flooded with hapiness and god is there to see everyone.
Make some good frens here in DP, share your things with them. Tell us whatever is in your mind and feel comfortable with us. Just see one thing when your fren left you then who was there with you (YOUR FATHER) .

I'm sorry...but in life you always have a choice, no matter what. It may be a rock <--> you <--> hardplace decision, but nevertheless it's still a choice.

You are 21, and could easily leave. No one by law is allowed to keep you anywhere against your will. That is kidnapping and is illegal.

So you have no money... there are places/organisations in England that can help you.

What about your mother? She managed to get out of the situation, why can't you go to her..?

You've mentioned 'friends' in this thread, go and stay with them.

I'm sure you're father doesn't lock your bedroom door and put barbed wire around the house, it can't be that difficult to get out.

If you are that unhappy you WOULD do something about it.

 

Lara one time my girlfriend was watching a lifetime movie just like your situation except the woman was half American and half Armaian. She lived in Canada and her dad wouldn’t let her leave the house and made her a slave, too. She had a boyfriend. I think his name was Todd, but I wasn’t paying a lot of attention. Anyway the dad broke them up and Todd left her so she was all alone.

The important thing she did though was she got her dad really drunk and then hit him in the ankles with a hammer and broke them. After that she took all of his money and some other stuff and left the city. Later she met a new guy and they got an apartment together and I don’t remember what happened at the end, because I was on the laptop the whole time so I was only catching pieces of it and then my friend David started instant messaging me and this chick I used to see started doing stuff on her webcam again.

Anyway have you thought about doing something like that? It worked out really well for her and it is the exact same situation.

 

I quite agree with yfs1, and I think that you should look at money as the final solution. And if you're stuck I can't really see how you could really manage to make money. Your friends can't be that friends if you can't see them, and I wouldn't trust them. You and they might get into deep trouble as it wouldn't be done right. I know it's tough but the police might be your true and only reasonable option. But stick around and let us know, maybe someone could come up with something better, particularly if we get to know more of you. Where are you in England?

Anyway, the first issue is freedom, break free and you'll find the time and the way to make money whether you need it or just want it.

And Mella is a little straightforward but she isn't completely wrong either.

Anyway, help us help you, and provide more about yourself or contact the police, you'll be able to do it in a discrete way.
