wix.com HELP

Hi DPers!

just wanna ask about wix.com. Whoever uses wix, am i able to use my purchased domain from daddy even doe my account is not upgraded? thanks guys!

 

It doesn't matter which godaddy account you have. You can use wix on one or several of your domains if you have the domain ownership and have some hosting to host the files.

 

thanks for the reply! but my bad I mean my wix account is not upgraded but i have a domain in godaddy..is it possible? or i really need to upgrade my wix to possibly to that? thanks again @sachinairan

 

Hello Johnrossgd, I think you need to upgrade your account in order to use their services. Apart from having domain from godaddy, you also need to have a hosting server and Wix is giving the hosting along with the website template that they are providing. So, in case you need to get your website up, you need a domain name and a hosting server. Hosting server also cost you around $4 to $10 per month according to your requirements but Wix is also giving you templates that you can use to design your website.

 

You should move away from WIX not very good as a long term host.
