Wordpress chaning address - Help Required

    Hello,
    I Installed my wordpress on zemtv.com/videos
    then after some time due to some reason i shifted it to zemtv.com by moving the files to new location and changing the address in Dashboard > settings.

    But unfortunately i had to change my domain so i bought zemtv.net, copied the files to new domain(same host), changed the url from Dastboard > Settings . redirected previous domain to new one . my new domain was up and running but the site took some time to open and while publishing new post it takes almost 30sec - 1min to publish the post.
    then i read http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL, and edited wp-config file and added these two lines
    define('WP_HOME','http://www.zemtv.net);
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://www.zemtv.net');

    but i found no progressive, Please help me out

    change it in your database

    find wp_options table

    search for option_name, home and site_url

    it has been already changed from the phpmyadmin table
