Wordpress indexing in search engine.

I see that default word press doesn't index in search engine. I have abt 10 sites using Wordpress and non of then are indexed. Home page is indexed but no Meta Tag or Total tag. And in two sites where i have used theme and few plugin all pages are indexed.

Please tell me what are the plugins needed and their configuration to be indexed by title tag and meta description ?

I have used that plugin. Still its not working ..Do i need to change any default config ?

 

Make sure you're adding relevant, keyword-rich content to your blogs. Meta tags are extremely outdated. You're better off having useful content. As far as indexing goes, make sure your websites are being linked to otherwise your pages will never be crawled. If you need to, install a Google sitemap plugin and see if that helps. Also, make sure your title tags are optimized (for example, displaying post titles).

 

Same prob kris, i have just launched a poiltical blog, and its not getting indexed even its on a custom domain, when i make a blog on blogger and add a site map in google it usualy get indexed in 24 hours, what should we do guys!

 

That's strange.. did you try install google xml site map plugin, submit SE webmaster tools, submit social bookmarking ?

 

i have same problem in two of my blogs its not getting anything from google. while some of my blogs are pr1 with same plugins and all. There must be something that we are missing is it because of duplicate content because its autoupdated blogs.
