Wordpress installation - multisites

    Hello to all,
    Do you have expirence with many installations on shared hosting.
    I want create websites for my claints and keep them on my hosting. Just thinking if shared hosting will be ok and how many wordpress websites can I have.

    I will appreciate your help.

    You can have as many sites as you wish. But having a multi-site setup for your clients isn't a good idea. Especially on shared hosting.
    You'll have issues with performance and upgrading.
    Issues you face on 1 site will be duplicated on all your clients sites.
    If you want to use the same database, then just use a pre-fix in the database table name.
    If you get an unlimited package, you can have an unlimited number of domains/sites/wordpress installations. But if even 1 of those sites starts getting too much traffic or uses too many computing resources, all your sites could get banned by the hosting provider.

    Hi,

    I am agree with ch@ts comments because, multi-site setup conflicting in shared hosting, and so the performance of your hosting will decrease. I am not panic you but my friend even your clients may claim to you. So it's a bad idea.
