Wordpress Newsletter Pop Up?

    Hi,

    I want to have a newsletter sign up box pop-up when my homepage loads.

    So, when the user comes to my site from Google a little box will come up with a subscribe to newsletter option and email address input form. It will also have a 'no thanks' option which will then continue to the homepage.

    It is much like the customer feedback pop up forms that people have (very non instrusive and inoffensive).

    Anyone have any idea how to do this? Rep coming your way if you can let me know!
