    We all have views about Banks and their staff, I just wondered if it is not about time we looked at the problem differently. I have created a 2 page document that might work, I just would like to know what you think.

    If only it were that easy. Licensing requirements, minimum reserve requirements, stock/shareholder requirements all prevent your idea from ever happening. The big guys run the show, and there's nothing you can do to change it.
