Would people be interested in this proposal...

I've been involved in the internet for a few years but have only recently started monetising to any extent. Around 8 years ago I registered a large number of generic term domains and over the years have sold quite a few.

I'm left with around 200 all of which are .co.uks and although I tend to get around £1k a name I'd rather not deplete my stock any further.

At the moment I have around 30 sites ranging from video, online games, myspace, mfa, blogs, automated blogs etc, etc generating mid $x,xxx per month from a standing start 6 months ago. I'd like to continue to expand but find that I don't have the time to concentrate on any more projects, which is where the proposal comes in.

I'd be interested in talking to anyone with the right background who would be serious about a joint venture.

    I can provide the following:
    i) some good domain names relating to a number of topics, all registered 8 years ago.
ii) hosting on a dedicated server with the option to set up blogs, galleries, forums, e-commerce facilities etc if required.
    iii) a limited knowledge.
iv) future investment in projects if they look to be heading in the right direction. (I am not looking to invest heavily at the start)

Looking for people who would be interested in offering:
    i) time, ideas, enthusiasm and commitment to a project
ii) knowledge relating to the proposed topic and a good understanding of internet marketing.
iii) a long term view to development of a successful site.

This may sound like a weighted proposal, or it may not. Just thought I'd ask the question.

So what your saying is that you will bankroll any online project, and you need someone smart in that field so you can take on as a partner..

I think someone should step up....

That's not quite what I'm saying, however I'm not shy to invest in something that I feel has potential.

Like any entrepreneur I'm looking for projects with potential, if a partner is willing to put time and effort into something that has legs (and proves to be viable) then I'm happy to look at investing.
