Hey all, since christmass is coming!!
    I got a question....
What is nicer to go and spend christmass with your friends, or people you love.
Or you go back home and spend it at home...
Since I always spend it with my parents... i don't know....how it feels..
So what do you all think???

Since you always spend it with your family, why dont you try to spend it with the people you love this time, for a change!

It all depends on your age really, when you're a kid your fam, in your 20s and 30s with the one you love, and then when you realize that your parents won't live forever ... it's kinda going back to the family thing ... with your loved one if you're lucky :)

The first person you have to love is yourself. :)
Then, your inner becomes your outter and you will feel better about yourself and the world around you. :)

This something which we have found to be a problem this year since getting married. Both Grace and me love spending Christmas with our families but obviously now we're married we have to choose which parents to go spend Christmas with. So this means that one of us will miss out each year.

I reckon it will get easier as the years go on but it's kind of like a new era.

Anyone else ever had this problem?

Yeah. I had a girlfriend that lived with me for a couple of years so we thought it would be a good idea to have Christmas at our house. 2 Christmas meals one right after the other one. Instead of just having everyone over at once we had her family and then mine. Our house wasn't real big and some of the family just wanted it to be their family.

Anyway besides having to do it twice in a row, my cousin stayed so she could hang out with my girlfriend's niece who is about her age. They got into an aggresive game and my cousin pegged the other girl in the head with a wooden block. Within seconds she had a knot the size of my fist on her forehead. It was freaky huge. It looked like a tumor.

    Merry F'ing Christmas

Last x-mass i went out with a few friends and we got quite hammered in the club... We just got a bit bored of family x-masses. What happens if you think of your friends as your family and you love them?

I am going to have the same problem soon, maybe even worse, as my gf is in the US and I am from Europe. We plan on travelling across the ocean until we have kids, if any.

Most likely we will spend Xmas one year here, one year there. Although she is going to try to drag me to the US.

In the last few years I always travelled to the US just after Xmas (including last year's Tsunami day, Dec 26) and spent New year's eve in Connecticut at friends.

I suppose I will need advice, Weirfire!:)
