Would you be interested in an automatic Digg exchange?

I'm thinking about building an automatic Digg exchange website.

The concept it for people to join and submit a link to the Digg stories they want to promote. Everyone can then Digg other people's stories and earn 1 point for every Digg. For every point you have you receive a Digg on your story from other people.

I know this is against the Digg TOS but user ID's are kept anonymous, link to stories are de-referred (so Digg can't know the Digg is coming from my website) and a random timer prevents users from Digging too many stories too quickly.

If you don't want to Digg other people's stories you can buy points and simply receive Diggs without giving any.

    How does that sound?
How much would you pay per Digg?

It's already been done by the recently deceased DiggBoss and also Subvert and Profit.

I know the founder of Subvert and Profit, and they are having trouble finding enough advertisers at $1 a Digg.
