    The TOS states "directly above", however I agree with you and it just isn't worth the risk if there is any question!

    Really nice placement, the listings pages are also really well done.

    I've seen emails from Google criticizing ad placements such as that. If they simply placed a border around the ads I think they'd be out of the danger zone of breaking the TOS, and I'm sure CTR would still be high. I'm sure all the DP traffic is horrible for their CTR though ;)
