WP Help

My wordpress is acting rather strange. Not all the posts I make appear on the front page. I just wrote a new article on my blog ( http://sf-zone.net ) but it is now shown on the front page. But, If you go to the categories in witch the post is filed it appears there. Just go to Design or sites and you will see the Gmal themes post. But on the front page this post is not visible. Can someone please help me to figure why this is happening?

I found that the category "Design" not show on the front page. This seem that your front page code filter about category to show up, so you should see the code from Theme Editor in Main Index Template (index.php).
You can check this by change Gmal themes post category from design to the others which show on front page.

I see that "http://sf-zone.net/category/desgin/" , it should be design instead of desgin.

 

It does not mater what theme I choose the "design" category does not show up.

Then try to move all posts from category design to some new category and try then.

 

No, not even with the default one.
Also, I already had this problem once with the programming category. I deleted that category and recreated it. And now this happens with the Design category. I don't want to do this again cause it will be time-consuming.

Well dude - your name is "xtutorials" and it seems like you know what you're doing as per the other guys suggestions...

So rather than give you a suggestion and have you say you've already done it - I'm going to go with suganindia and tell you to do it again! suck it up!

No I don't...that is why I can't figure out what's wrong.

 

I am not getting why it happen but do one thing, re write this post and see wht happen. I am sure then u will see the post at home page. And if ur current 2nd post will disappear then it can be ur theme error.

 

This is interesting. This is always a difficult one because it is hard to pinpoint what the problem is. I think I'm with some of the other people and say tried to do it again. Otherwise I do not know what to tell you.
