Buying Writer for Personal Development, Professional Development, and Motivation Articles

I am in need of someone to write a number of articles on topics in categories including personal development, professional development, and motivation. These articles should be well-written and informative -- no nonsense; no useless filler. I've hired other writers here that produced articles with unacceptable levels of fluff and filler because they either (a) didn't feel comfortable writing on the topic (i.e. weren't knowledgeable about the subject) or (b) wanted to inflate the word count to make some extra cash. If that's your style, please don't apply.

Ideally, you would have a genuine interest in the aforementioned categories and solid writing skills. The content you produce will be sent to an editor/proofreader so I'm not necessarily looking for perfect spelling/grammar as long as you can write articles with solid content. All articles will be put through Copyscape Premium. I've had writers here send me content that was just poorly rewritten versions of articles they found via a quick Google search. If that's your style, please don't apply.

So, to recap, I am looking for writers who are:
(A) Interested in personal development / professional development / motivation
(B) Competent writers (you don't need to be perfect; articles will be edited and proofread)
(C) Can offer me a competitive rate per word
(D) Will not submit any stolen, plagiarized, or otherwise unoriginal content
(E) Can create meaningful, informative content -- no filler; no paragraphs that don't add value to the piece
