Buying Writer for short guide or tutorial

Hello,
I'm looking to hire an experienced writer for a short guide/tutorial that I need for a new project. The guides topic will be backlinking techniques, notes will be provided but research will be necessary too.
Most importantly however, is that I need this written properly, by someone with experience on the topic and complete mastery of the English language. Additionally, as the guide will be promoting a service, it'll need to be written in a friendly sales tone, so experience in this area would be a plus too. NB. If English isn't your first language, save us both some time, you won't be getting the work.

As should go without saying, all work would need to be 100% unique and CS passed.
