    What I'm looking for:

    UK / United States / Canada Writers only - No exception.

    No outsourcing what-so-ever, will deal with the writer directly! Writer must do the work - no exception, no affiliation!

    Willing to pay 0.02 - 0.03 / Word on medium sized articles/posts of up to 500 words each!

    Proper & fast communication - no exception! will stop dealing with you if delays occurs and if work is not delivered or if you are extremely busy with other clients.

    Must supply samples of quality work!

    Work to be done for me must match the quality of the samples you provide, if quality is lower or degraded then I won't pay!

    What I'm not after:

    Indian writers or some Asian country writers - wont deal with you - no exception - do not PM me!

    Companies with writers - I wont deal with you, waste of your time.

    Writers who outsource other writers on elance, etc - waste of your time - I'll know.

    Writers who doesn't have time or busy with work or can't communicate properly on IM/Email - I will stop working with you, so don't waste your time.

    Writers who show themselves as good writers with good samples but then provide bad articles written quickly or outsourced.

    Writers who don't deliver on time!

    Writers who provide me good article but with mistakes! (spelling, mis understanding) just to quickly finalize the work! - I will stop working with you! You must deliver good content reviewed multiple times to insure quality!

    Judging by the tone of your post, your laundry list of requirements and evasive "up to .03 per word" title" - I can't, for the life of me, imagine why anyone would want to.

    I would have been most interested in your job offer, you sport an impressive itraders rating and you paid for your premium membership.

    However I could not bring myself to accept your tone, the racist hint towards Asian people, the edit of the original post after you have read Senobia's reply and your requirements while you yourself did not do a proper grammar and spelling check for your post.

    I am sorry but I believe you have to be more friendly and straightforward in order to forge long-term deals in the internet.
