Buying Writers with exceptional communication skills

Hi everyone,

I have all my websites (8, to be exact) de-indexed from Google and planning to get them back with their consideration by rebranding all of them (Great design, exceptional content etc.)

Also, I need someone to make that great plea letter to Google. I don't have the confidence to that since I am not a native speaker and not good in grammar.

About the websites:

- All of them will be inspired by magazine style publication
- All have different not distinct names

So, what I need are as follows:

- Create a great plea letter for Google (must be engaging and long preferably 1000 words?)
- Create exceptional about us pages etc. for the sites (must be engaging too and professional)
- Create 10 really, really good articles for each site (articles that have a lot of heart and passion that we can see it even when looking at it quickly)
- 1500-3000 words of article for last 5 article
- We would like to have 5-7 different number of contributors to each site, so if you are a team, this will be easier
