    HI,

Illustrator is the best tool for the vector drawings you can also make it in photoshop too as their pen tool is great.

Corel is best for the print design.

    Cheers,

    i think illustrator is better.

besides, if you buy Adobe Design Premium, you can get Photoshop, ilustrator, indesign, dreamweaver in 1 packet.
so, i dont need to buy lot of software and wasting money.

Ive been using photoshop since they came out with it and would never change. I recently got CS4 and it's pretty impressive. Adobe is first class all the way!

obviously Adobe is better, but for print media - like designing brochures, pamphlets, posters etc, corel is the industry standard (sply in india). I have been a victim of this when i designed a graphic file in adobe illustrator, but could not find any printer to print the file, and had to ultimately convert to a corel file

Adboe products are the best design products by far in my opinion, so illustrator hands down.
