    I'm getting ready soon to spend the 99$ on this CMS and find that site is just white page with alink to download a update fix.
    Before the site had a demo and sales page etc..
    Is the script no longer for sale or something. :(

    From what I heard at myspacepros.com the programmer dumped the project.


    Thats a bug fix because the Profilecms.com script was very insecure and could be hacked easily.
    (probably why the project was dumped)

    Every site (including mine) that had the script got hacked. Thank God you did not buy the script.

    mine didnt so i wouldnt say every script there carl, but its a worthless script i will agree

    id like to find the readme file or something so i could figure out what the server requirements / required modules to be installed were...since im having issues with it currently

    Well yes the new version 1.0 has vulnerabillty. I have sent an email to the creator, i helped him alot with MSCMS and i have offered to pick back up the project and fix all the security issues. I didnt help to much with Profilecms 1.0 which was the new version of mscms, i created the blocks and some other features.

    So hopefully he gets my email soon and gives me permission to pick it back and send out profilecms 2.0 with all the fixes. I have already started on it about a month ago for personal reasons but seen an opportunity to get with the creator and release a new version for the public.

    If you have any questions post it here or PM ill keep a watch on this forum.... oh and just for a foot note my site NEVER got hacked or exploited but i used a different security system and tweaked a few things on it which i will release with 2.0. :cool:
