1 link unit under the upper navigation menu and 1 banner ad under the link unit. If you don't want banner ad, then align the current ad to left..

    everything Else is fine

Why do you put the welcome message so far down on the page? To me it make it seem that the google ad is more important than the welcome to your new users... I would move the welcome message up to give your users a better feeling. Good site though. I will use it for my new logo.

You might want to left align the ads on the right.

websites with a big ad box in the center of the page looks like MFA ( made for adsense ) websites. The ad boxes should be small, to make the impresion to visitors that the ad is part of an arcitle, or is something he should read after finishes your article, probably it will convert better in the bottom.

I would probably just get rid of the big google ad up the top and put another skyscraper underneath the other one instead. Maybe try and blend the blue links in the adsense ads so it the same as your blues in your site.

As PostPrincess suggested, I would change the AS link colors to match the link colors in your site for better blending.

When I look at your page it just seems that you are putting adsense first over the quality of your content. Build a quality site first, then you can think about where to put your ads.

Still looks spammy. If I were to land on this page as a surfer, I would turn around and leave, NOT via an ad.

Obviously you have some skill with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, so make a site that looks like a tutorial site, with ads that aren't as easily distiguishable.

Here's a good site that would be easy to blend ads with:

    http://www.planetphotoshop.com/tutorials.html

It's clean, well laid out, and since it's composed of a bunch of boxes, it sure would be easy to slide in an ad every so often.

    Another good example:

    http://www.good-tutorials.com

BTW, those were the first two results in Google for 'photoshop tutorials'

Ok, on the adsense right below the banner there is something wrong. You can see on the far right side of it something is showing I see "ing al". The ads seem to be a tad overwhelming can you tune it down a little?

I think those ads look good now. Simple, plain, and attractive.
