XOOPS hacked~ that just makes me mad

    This is what the page says now>>>The main XOOPS.org website has been hacked by a destructive hacker in order to destroy the open source spirit of the XOOPS community, and promote another project (without their consent!). We have stopped the hacker, and are now determining the extent of the damage and take measures to prevent these kinds of attacks on the XOOPS community and the spirit of the open source community worldwide. We have reported the hacker to the appropriate authorities, and will take measures to ensure his destructive nature will not disturb this community again.

    We are currently working hard to open up the website to the public once more. We will not be brought down by a raving lunatic with a burning hatred to open source community powered development projects such as XOOPS. We are a strong community.

    yeh most prob, they probally dont realise that even tho what they are doing is illegal they could do something legal and make some money by joining a company and be their security person

    I think companies that hire hackers should put a unhackable site up and then advertise that the hacker that hacks it gets the job
