I want to see my ad for "car rental" with all major US cities in Yahoo .. so if they search for Chicago car rental services my ad should come up as I set up it with advanced search. But it is not showing :(. Any help from you guys ? Do I need to target all target keywords with it in one ad group ?

That's because Yahoo does not have a broad match option. You have to manually enter Chicago car rental as a keyphrase. At least this is what I have found in my experience using it.

I think you have to use all terms to show up for them

Yahoo's broad match is advanced match...if that makes sense. Sound like you need to increase your CPC.
