yahoo bot?

    i just did a bulk upload a few minutes ago and i'm immediately seeing a surge in clicks. i did a search for this ip address and it seems that it's a yahoo bot/ad checker?

    66.35.192.197 - - [28/Dec/2006:22:37:25 -0800] "GET myurl.com HTTP/1.1" 200 98 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0) RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3E"

    it doesn't hit the robots.txt file though. would it be wise to block this ip? i don't want it to deny my keywords then...

    aff_newbie, did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have the same problem, totally hammers my server every time. On the old platform, I got away with redirecting RPT-HTTPClient requests to a dummy page, seems on the new platform those requests have to resolve to meaningful pages for automated ad-approval to work...
