I saw in another thread that it was for USA customers only some codes but i clicked on a email direct from Yahoo.
I am sure now its only for USA but there is nothing in here that says USA.

They just took 50 $ from my VISA what a hoax!!!

They told me first that it said on the first page. I just wrote back to them saying.

"I want my credit i do not care what you say i got an email and i want the money now or i ask for a chargeback. "

2 hours later i got an email telling that i now got 105 EURO in my account 5 Euro more then i should.

They know if i do a charge back with VISA it will cost them more then 150 $

But you are right they are very bad and the system is lightyears behind Adword.

VISA doesn't charge for a chargeback - they only license banks and processors - which are free to set a fee for a chargeback, and this only applies if it is a found to be a valid chargeback. Chargebacks are no where near $150 and a large company like yahoo likely has a deal for no fee. Yahoo isn't some shady company that is in the business of pulling scams. They must have understood your point - and refunded your money.

All credit cards charge for that. Thats why they do not want porn to much chargeback WAY to much for people to pay everytime sone one enter a false credit card number. Every credit card have a fee that they take for when customer have a problem. No it was not customer service they did not want to give me the money back until i told them i am going to ask for a chargeback. I had a telephone site before selling calling card thats the next worse thing the porn beucase all people that have false credit card test there card on porn and on calling cards sites.

No, you're wrong. As I said, each individual bank or processor gets to decide what they want to charge, if anything. There is no one company "VISA" that sets charges or merchant rates. I'm sure you were charged a fee because you were a much smaller company and were using a processor who did charge - but that is because of the agreement you signed with them and were not in a position to negotiate. Large companies are very much in demand because of the volume they generate and are able to negotiate their merchant fee and get such charges waived. I ran a company that did a large annual amount in merchant card fees and we paid NO fee for chargebacks.

Even if there had been a fee, do you really think an employee of a company that does 100's of million dollars was worried about a very small corporate charge that wouldn't mean anything to them?

even worse is that there is no real option to run your money out. i got a $100 free voucher and figured i'd test a few keywords on it but once it was all up and running discovered that as soon as your account falls below a certain balance they top it up via your credit card. now dont think that i had grabbed the hundred and run, i spent around $600 (intentionally) on that campaign.i had to email them about it and got an email back saying they would do me a favour and swap me over to a prepaid account. Do me a favour? what by letting me use the complete amount of the service i bought from you? i assume they just wanted me to leave either the credit in their accounts or keep the accounts running till the end of time.

or maybe they were just playing silly buggers with me..

They must be bloody desperate! Jesus how can some one invent something stupid like this

We wanted to remind you that Overture requires all accounts to incur a
minimum of EUR 10.00 a month in click-through charges. Because the month
is now half over, we thought it might be helpful for you to know that your
account 1773553046 has accrued approximately EUR 0.15
in click-through charges. If your account does not reach the EUR 10.00
minimum by the last day of the month, you will be charged the difference
between your spend and EUR 10.00.

You can avoid this charge by ensuring your site receives at least EUR 10.00
in click-through charges this month. Doing so will also deliver more
targeted customer leads to your business and provide you with more
    opportunities to sell.

Sure i am going to spend my now 100 $ and never ever look your way EVER!!!
