    I signed up for the free Exhibitor access pass at SES Chicago which started today and I received an e-mail which contained this blurb --

    "Are you a small-to medium-sized business and interested in learning more about Yahoo!'s new search ad platform? If so, please join Yahoo! Search Marketing on Monday evening for a holiday party to celebrate "What's new at Yahoo!" at the Enclave from 7-10 pm."

    I am thinking about going. I'm not sure if you're supposed to be registered for SES or what but I am just planning to show a print-out of my e-mail confirmation of the registration..

    The venue looks pretty awesome --

    I can't say I learned anything about the new search ad platform but I got to dance on-stage with The Aphrodisiacs (#1 disco band in the world) and met a lot of people.
