Can you use Yahoos PPC program to directly promote an affilate company or do you have to create your own website and then redirect your traffic?
When it was overture I think you had to have your own website. Did it change?

It's better to have a website because You have more opportunities, You can "play" more widely with the ads and You can present what You are selling more easily.

    Have fun!

I used Yahoo once and they rejected my ads because I was doing direct linking but that was more than 5 months ago. I am not sure if they still require a landing page. Either way, it is better to have your own website as the traffic converts better.

    I hope this helps,

    Hi,

I've tried linking directly to the merchant and no problems from Yahoo so far. But still a landing page is preferred.

By the way, does anyone know if there are phrase or exact match keywords in Yahoo?

So far I've been just dumping all the keywords in...

Google will give you insane amounts of traffic and decent conversions. Yahoo won't give you as much traffic however I think stat wise Yahoo converts higher.

You cant do like that........ Even you cant do that via Redirect....... It means if you used redirect.com/loan as destination URL then it must go to a page in redirect.com.... So you have to create a landing page for ur affiliate program and then promote that URL..... thats allowed....
