that top of the page result in blue background is also sponsored ad spot along with the right side

i think if your ad is there before all the results, it gets clicked more than if its on the right side - i used YSM a while back but i never paid attention to this

How long has your ad been live? I'm also not sure why you would ever want to be in the top spot... as that's where you are most likely to get a lot of click happy users. I try to stick around positions 3-6, but I guess everybody has their own way of doing things.

it would be based on your bid cost. your ads will be on the top sponsored result if you have average position of 3 or less. if you want to see your result on the right, all you have to do is to reduce your bid cost

i put my maximum cpc on .20$ max and each click usually costs me .10-.15$... so i aint paying that much for my clicks, they cant take more then my maximum cpc, right?

and btw, does this spot leads to a lot of low quality clicks or something like this?
I mean, i clearly state in my ad that they need to pay for the products in the site so i cant get that much low quality clicks from it... or can i?

If your ad is the top one, then people will click it whatever the ad copy says, as long as your ad is highly targeted to the search term then this should not be a problem, if not then it could cost you significant amounts.
