yahoo support is going crazy about the $199 voucher

    i know that a lot of people have posted this before,but i cant believe that their support are being so retarded!

    my email:

    hey!
    i see that yahoo has a $199 voucher code:

    its says "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value"
    but i see a lot of people saying that yahoo is just ignoring this voucher:

    so,i want to know, $199 coucpon codes are valid ore not?

    the answer:

    reviewing the link you provided, no where on the page does it state "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value". However, that link does offer $50 off the assisted setup fee or a $50 credit for self-serve sign up.
    Therefore, we would honor this code. If there is a valid code and page stating "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value" we would honor that code as well.

    You forget one thing, Some Yahoo Supports are a little dumb.

    Send an email without the bolded part and they will surely say that the 199 assisted setup is valid.

    I clicked the link and I saw the "Get Free Assisted Setup $199 value." on the top right section. However please note that this is a service assistance credit. It means YSM will help you on your ad positioning or optimisation that worth of service credit of $199.
