yahoo totally overcharged me

I cant believe this happened nor do I know how it happened. I had set my daily spending limit for my account to $10. For a campaign I made I set its spending limit to $5, so I was surprised to see I have a $233 bill for one day of spending on the $5 campaign. Something got screwed up on Yahoo's end because I have all my other campaigns set up the same way with no issues.

I sent them an email and I am going to call them. I have never had problems with YSM before and to have the first one be a $233 over charge is just ridiculous. I hope they will see that it was on their end and I get a full refund. If I wanted to spend $233 a day, I would have set it up that way.

Anyone else have the problem or know how I should go about it?

Yea I quadroople checked my account stuff. The only thing I see is a max 5.00 CPC for Content and Search. However for that ad group it is $5 max a day. So I have it clearly defined that I only want to spend $5 a day for that ad group. I even checked my account daily spending limit, I dropped it a day ago from $30/day, to $10/day. So all my protective barriers to keep from spending a lot of money seemed to be overlooked by YSM algorithim or something.

I haven't had many problems with them, but when I do their support is usually very helpful.

*update* YSM customer support lived up to the reputation I saw on here. Refunded me my $217 without any questions. I mentioned some other account requests that deal with my funds and they completed every one of them with no problem. Awesome customer support!

It is ridiculous how these PPC giants do their billing.
