Yahoo Upgrade... What a nightmare!

Last night my overture account showed a zero balance so I added £25 before upgrading so that my adds would not be affected during the upgrade (was warned it would take 8 hours)

This morning, I get an email saying my account has been upgraded. then another email saying its depleted and my ads are no longer showing.

I log into the new control panel and it shows my balance as £-70.27

HOW THE HELL DO THEY WORK THIS OUT!

I've emailed support 3 times and am yet to get a reply.

Im now loosing vistors and subsequently money because there not showing my ads, through what I can see is no fault of my own.

Can anyone shed any light or provide a quicker more direct way of getting hold of yahoo, even a telephone number!

1-866-YahooSM. Memorize it. I'm not sure if they support UK.

I signed up recently using a voucher code for the free £50, but when I was going through the process, at the end it said it was giving me £100 free credit. Great I thought, til I log in and there's nothing in my account. No reply from Yahoo yet either.

Yes try the numbers that neditme posted. They really should work it out soon> i honestly think this problem will be resolved fairly quickly. Sometimes their customer service sucks but if you have been a faithful customer they will usually be quick to fix. Good luck getting it worked out.
