    ps. There's a great story about the swedish adventurer, Goran Kropp, who (in preparing to bike from Sweden to Mount Everest, climb solo to the top and back without oxygen tubes, and then bike back to Sweden) lived for an extended period in a tent and each night set the alarmclock at random. Then if the alarm went off at 3:00 he got up and walked 30 km, if it went off at 4:00 he got up and walked 40 km, and so on.
