Yeo Valley Raspberry Yoghurt + Jordan's Muesli = Best Breakfast

Seriously, nothing beats Yeo Valley organic raspberry yoghurt with Jordan's organic 'no-added sugar' muesli for breakfast. It tastes great and is actually good for you. I can't get enough of it. It may look like a sticky mess in your bowl but for the £1.50 it costs every morning, you just get the best breakfast in the world. It' easy to prepare too! Try it and let me know how you like it.

So... What did you have this morning?

Until you get beaten by cancer or heart failure... ;)

Too much grease for my liking but yeah, I'll admit it can be tasty. They had some nice fry ups like that at Sunnyside in Newquay.

Thank God there is no black pudding in that fryup. There is nothing like some rashers and sausage in a fresh baked roll with ketchup

    Mmmmm

    T0PS, you're outnumbered so far...

I rekon you should start a greasy/healthy poll...

I'll start that poll in 40 years. There will be just one vote cast, for 'healthy'. The other voters sadly passed away...

But seriously, that breakfast I mentioned really does taste great. If you never tried Yeo Valley organic yoghurt, yo should.. Today. You will be impressed, I promise. I will even offer a money back guarantee. It's £1.25 at Sainsbury's. And if raspberry is not your thing, there's apricot, black berry, strawberry, greek yoghurt, vanilla and plain.

I do usually eat Granola from Aldi (Its like €1.50 a box) although I suspect there is a ton of sugar in it (The nutrition box is in a foriegn language)

I fully expect you will be able to walk into a specialty shop and get a cleanout of your arteries etc and wal back out again within the next 10 years. So based on that prediction I eat whatever I like.

:D That's a good one. Aldi has some good stuff though. They also do the occasional bargain on computer hardware etc.
