What was your first website you've ever created and when was it?

Lets go backward and hear some success stories ;)

My first one was a wap site, build it few years ago. Nothing more than just some links to free games downloads and some other tips and links.
Also a guestbook, I still remember how excited I was every time someone left me a note :)

my first website was this one. I think i made it when i was 9 or 10, 4 or 5 years ago :) (all links don't work anymore and i'm really surprised it still exists!!sednax.ws is my second one, just launched it.

In those 4 years between those 2 i've done a lot of Qbasic and Visual basic programming

I think it was '97 on a free host that posted looney toon characters next to the content. My site was on stock market tips, but tweety bird really took away from my credibilaty.

i don't think my first ever site was a really big success... i had to make a personal one for one of my classes during highschool, 7 years ago i think?

the only success i got is grabbing the highest grade for that project. :D

I don't remind the URL and I don't think its left.
But it was just plain text because I didn't know HTML at that moment :)

My first website was www.joehayes.org - I just made it so I could have a place to host videos of my Mustang and other friends videos. Then, I made it a home page, with little sperms floating around and bragged that out of a million sperm, I was the fastest! Then, I put a forum for friends and added some games. It started growing with new signups so I moved the forum to it's own domain www.offtopicz.com

Now, joehayes.org is my home base for all my websites. It's been a hosting company and a few other things. But, I think it's found it's home now as the "network" base for the rest of my sites.
