YouTube Clone script upload error: Anyone Solved?

    I've got the Youtube clone script installed at http://www.dinku.tv but when I try and upload a video I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: ffmpeg_movie in /home/dinkutv/public_html/upload.php on line 83

    I've all of the following installed on my server:

    1.) MySQL (version 4 or higher)
    2.) PHP (version 4.2.3 or higher)
    3.) FFmpeg (http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu)
    4.) FFmpeg-PHP (http://ffmpeg-php.sourceforge.net)
    5.) Mplayer + Mencoder (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html )
    6.) flv2tool (http://inlet-media.de/flvtool2)
    7.) LAME MP3 Encoder
    8.) Libogg + Libvorbis (http://www.xiph.org/downloads)

    Am I missing something? Is there anyone else who has had this problem and know how to solve it?

    I didn't worked with FFmpeg, but seems, upload.php couldn't find ffmpeg library. Check, that you've installed it to right directory.

    while i installed Youtube clone script, it is showing this error, i already change CHMOD in my server
    Chmod the "chimg" DIR to 777 Error home/public_html/frdlink.org/chimg
