    Are we allowed to place YPN with different CPM e.g. Tribalfusion, Casale, Burst, ... on the same page?

    This is incorrect. It is perfectly OK to display any of the standard ads on any of the mentioned ad companies ads, as long as you do not exceed 1 pop up/under.
