I've been playing around with YSM just a little and haven't seen any required bids, they just reject your keyword for not being relevant. However, Yahoo seems to be a little more liberal in how relevant they want your keywords to be.

Yes, YSM has gotten smart to the whole after-pay billing model since many have abused it in the past. You can start a campaign but until you deposit into account. No traffic or impressions will be started.

I see 5 level of Quality score in YSM Account. But my ctr is too low, so my Quality score is low, too. Or Not?

It appears in YSM that your quality score affects your ad placement, not the price you have to pay. Yahoo just places your ad lower in the rankings, but doesn't automatically up your bid like Google does.
