YSM closed acc. with no explanation

    I have 2 accounts actually, 2nd opened after redeemed my $130 bonus from the previous one. They might also don't like some other stuff (like few ads with fake description urls, dating websites promotion).
    .. But the thing is, it's being a week since the first time I got the message "You cannot access any accounts because you haven't been granted access". And I still cannot get any response from them!
    I wrote a few emails to different addresses. Got even one response "Your input will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review". And then they calmed down at all :)
    Any suggestions how long shall I wait for the explanation what i did wrong?

    I can't even get in touch with their support. They don't answer emails, and I didnt' even get any notification that my account is closed. I just cannot access it
