YSM hasn't add my fund, no response for 5 days, have you the same problem?

    I've been with YSM for months (US targetting) and have no problem before untill now!

    On Feb 19, 2009, I made a payment to YSM of $30 by Paypal. There was an error report on YSM control panel which say that the payment process is fail and suggest me to use another way for payment, this is never happened before! Actually, on Paypal, that transaction is processed successfully! And $30 has been deducted from my Paypal account. I had contact the Paypal and they said that the transaction is successfully completed but that amount is not added in YMS.

    I had contact YSM 4 times, billing dept twice, administarive dept, and technical support dept. But no response untill now!

    I also have some new campaigns which still pending since created on Feb 18-19. It looks that they have problem on reviewing and/or has few staff.

    This problem upsets me! If there's a problem with their server or something then they should inform the clients not just silent!

    Do you have similar problem? Do you have any suggestion for me on how to contact them (phone is not an option)? Any helps?
